Is a card needed for the trial?
Yes, to verify your account. Nothing is charged during the 14 days, and you can cancel before the trial ends.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move up or down from the billing page in your account whenever the workshop changes.
What counts as an operator?
People who work orders on the kiosk. Office users, who plan, sell and invoice, are counted separately.
Is there a yearly price?
Where a plan has one, it is shown on the plan as the yearly price.
Can we run it on our own site?
The Factory plan includes an on-site or hybrid licence. Talk to us and we will set it up with you.
